AFTER-SALES TECHNICAL SERVICE CONTRACT
The present contract is relevant to the supply of the service of
technical assistance (beyond the usual technical warranty), consisting
of a number of services whose quantity shall be fixed by you, to be used
within the agreed expiry date and including the following service:
- CHECK-UP PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
It is carried out by agreed services executed by skilled technicians,
suited for the prevention of failures. They include the normal
planned maintenance and a final check-up of the functions, as well
as a report with the list of recommended spare parts.
- EMERGENCY FIRST SERVICE ASSISTANCE
It is a fast service, upon request in the case of failure for each
machine installed at customer’s ceramic factory. The customer who
has signed a contract of after-sales assistance is guaranteed to
have the priority.
- AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE
The services are suited for the solution of various problems in the
whole plant.
In the case that the services agreed during the contract validity are
not fully used for services of CHECK-UP PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE,
EMERGENCY FIRST SERVICE and AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE, we propose you
the following as compensation:
- MANAGEMENT PERSONALIZED CLASSES, to take place at your worksite.
- RECONDITIONINGS or UP-DATINGS of the plant concerning man-power
only.
- PURCHASE OF SPARE PARTS
